Wasilla, AK - On January 1, 2005, at about 1245 Alaska standard time, a wheel-equipped Maule M-7 airplane, N4262D, departed Anderson Lake Airport, Wasilla, Alaska and at about 1400 it sustained substantial damage during an in-flight collision with power lines, and subsequent collision with terrain, about 65 miles east-northeast of Chickaloon, Alaska.
